"Sonia is more than a real estate agent, she is a major problem solver. My family put me in charge of getting my mother’s property sold, on top of it, I live in Ohio. Sonia was able to help coordinate getting the condo ready for sale - painting, cleaning, administrative paperwork issues (and there were many), list, sale and close all within a 6 week timeframe. Our final closing price was even 7% more than we thought we would close out, thanks to her super negotiation skills. Her service did not end at closing. She was kind enough to have my St. Joseph statute dug up and sent to me and even worked with the new owners (who she did not represent) to switch over their utilities, which they had failed to do day of closing.

Thank you Sonia! You are the best real estate agent we could have hoped for. I hope we have reason to do business with you in the future."

"We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Sonia Habibovic. This is the third property we have sold with her, along with several others we have purchased, and every experience has been amazing. We met with a couple of realtors before Sonia, but we knew instantly that she was the one for us. She is honest and hands-on, and she really helped to take the pressure off of us.

Sonia walked us through every step through our selling experience and purchasing experience with her. We would recommend Sonia to everyone if you want to have a smooth real-estate transaction."

"We have purchased and sold 2 properties with Sonia and experience has been nothing but AMAZING. When we decided to sell our condo in 2012, she managed to get 4 offers in just 5 days. She also helped us with buying a new house last year and she was there for every question we had. I would highly recommend Sonia to anyone. She stays on top of things and is very responsive."

"I give Sonia 5 stars! What a great realtor to have in your corner! She was professional, understanding, went the extra mile and made the impossible, POSSIBLE!

My husband and I have been searching for nice apartments for the past 2 months and upon going to Sonia she immediately got us going in the right direction! We let Sonia know our situation and gave her all of the stipulations we expected out of an apartment and she delivered nothing but the best.

Upon viewing the choices every apartment got better and all I was left with were decisions as to what was the best! After submitting all of our information and originally getting rejected for our first choice we attempted to look elsewhere. Since our 2nd and 3rd choices had already been rented out we decided that we didn't want to search for other apartments but that we wanted to get our first choice! Sonia fought for us and made some deals and got us an instant approval!

This woman truly made our dreams come true and worked with us to get us what we wanted! If you are looking for someone that is going to work with you and be in your corner Sonia is the lady! She had such a great personality and was always upbeat, she really made it easy to explain our situation. If I could give Sonia 20 stars I would!"

"Ms. Habibovic was very helpful since day one of my search for my new home. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with good tips and advice. She answered all my queries very promptly regarding inspection, loan process and other requirements. She patiently guided me throughout the process which I greatly needed since I am a first-time home buyer. She also helped me obtain a lower purchase price for my home with her superb negotiation skills. I highly recommend Ms. Sonia Habibovic to anyone who is interested in purchasing a home. You will definitely have a great home-buying experience with her help."
